Tucked into the rolling hills of the Southern Appalachian Mountains, 高地村 is a 600-acre retirement and assisted living community that is home to more than 300 residents who are supported by 169 service providers. It is a single, large campus with numerous office buildings and living areas throughout.

The team from Hiscall came up with a lot of great ideas that added value well beyond the technology they sold.

Although 高地村 had an outstanding reputation for the care it delivered, an outdated phone system created a misconception among family members and anyone interacting, 通过电话, 和高地村一起.   • Critical care employees to be reached instantly, whether at or away from their desks.

When a desk phone rings, so does the employee’s mobile phone. In addition to the business stations, Hiscall set up phone stations with a direct dial number into each room.

In addition to greatly improved employee satisfaction and staff efficiency, and a better reputation among family members and vendors, communication system complaints are down 90% and 高地村 has estimated their annual cost saving to be around $12,000.
